SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, TAS & QLD.

​

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

​

Shipping fees begin at $10.95 for standard shipping and $12.95 for express shipping.  Larger items attract higher shipping fees, due to their cubic size.  Any order over $120 SHIPPING IS FREE!! 

​

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

 

All deliveries are estimates and are delivered within the express delivery network*. Delivery estimates are based on time of dispatch, not from when an order was placed. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During seasonal and promotional periods it may take between 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING METHOD

 

Shipping chocolate is a tricky matter and we want to make sure your Rok Blox get the best treatment possible on their journey from us to you. At this stage we choose Australia Post for our shipping method as they seem to have weathered the pandemic panic buying backlog quite well.  They provide us with a tracking number for every package, and we pass your delivery tracking number on to you via email.

We get many questions about how we ship and if your Rok Blox will arrive safely, especially during hot weather. Here’s what we do to help:

​

  • Orders are dispatched between Monday - Thursday (unless it is a public holiday) to avoid your package sitting in the depot over the weekend.
     

  • Your Rok Blox are wrapped in insulated bubble wrap to keep heat out of the box.
     

  • In extreme weather conditions we will hold off on sending your order. Especially during the heatwave weeks of summer.  Instead, we will contact you to organise another delivery date to make sure you're aware of the delay.
     

  • Orders will receive tracking notifications so you can see its journey and make sure you're available to collect it.
     

  • We do not recommend parcel locker services as these can often be situated in direct sun, which will destroy your Rok Blox.  If possible, please select a delivery address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. 
     

  • Please note: once your Rok Blox arrive we cannot control how it is stored. So take care of them by storing them correctly (not in warm areas such as cars, near the window, or outside for a long period of time).

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR STORE?

 

At this time Rok Blox is purely an online business.  Pick up is not possible.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

We advise customers to order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to their perishable nature.

​

Cancellations and refunds are possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we can no longer process a refund. If your Rok Blok are damaged, please contact us to receive a Return Authorisation.
